We're building this in the open, and we'd love the community to get involved — whether by submitting research, helping review submissions, or contributing to the platform itself.

I have endeavoured in this work to establish the mathematical principles of natural philosophy, beginning from the laws of motion and gravitation. Every particle in the universe attracts every other with a force proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. From these premises I derive the motions of the planets, the comets, the moon, and the sea — for the tides, I find, are but the consequence of the moon's gravitational pull upon the waters.
